Hi, I’m Cyrus Baruc. I am a results-driven Power BI Developer/Fabric Analytics Engineer with 13 years of overall experience in problem solving and analytical thinking, now specializing in Data Analytics and Business Intelligence. My background in electronics, which trained me in logical thinking and system-level analysis, combined with my experience in stock trading, where I analyze charts and patterns to guide decisions gives me a strong analytical edge and a business-oriented mindset. 1. Revenue Analytics Power BI

Built a dashboard that streamlines revenue analytics reporting to support P&L reviews and Corporate Consolidation requirements. It introduces a volume-weighted AUR metric to identify top customers, products, and company codes based on both revenue and unit volume, rather than revenue alone. This provides a more balanced and accurate view of performance across revenue streams. The solution also assists the Revenue Accounting team in investigating material variances against expected revenue.

2. Revenue Driver Commentaries - Power Apps

Developed a Power Apps interface to collect business commentary linked to revenue data points and surface them in Power BI reports, reducing ad hoc clarification emails, accelerating insight consumption, and improving decision-making during revenue reviews.

3. RAR Data Validation Metrics - Power BI + Power Automate

RAR Power Automate Flow Designed and implemented a Power Automate workflow to support RAR (Revenue Accounting & Recognition) data validation metrics. By integrating Microsoft ecosystem and Power Platform components, the solution automated validation checks and reporting workflows, reduced manual validation time, improved data consistency, and provided timely, reliable insights to the Revenue Accounting team for faster and more confident decision-making.
