Overview

The goal of the board repair tracker project is to organize the board repair process by recording all board repair activities using the spreadsheet. Additionally, it’s also used to effectively plan shipments and track performance. Automatic calculation for commissions per board is also included in this project.

Impact

Establishing a standard process for record-keeping and shipment planning improves decision-making and facilitates the visualization of board repair performance.

Board Records Tab

All records can be filtered by technician, allowing for team collaboration and easy task management.

Boards by Customer Tab

All records are displayed automatically based on the selected customer and repair status, resulting in time savings and better shipment planning, enhancing customer experience.

Commission Records Tab

This tab is used by management to track the paid/unpaid commissions by technician.
